Production of FLEXOBAK^®

Cushion foam for cliché mounting has been manufactured in our own production facilities since 2014. The finishing as a self-adhesive cushion base, the lamination with various carrier foils as well as the assembly/cutting process are all carried out in one place according to customer requirements. In combination with large storage capacities for semi-finished products, we achieve high flexibility and the shortest possible delivery times.

Production of Tension Bands

The first step in the production of our tension bands is the selection of the right raw materials. Vulcanisation, cutting to size, and the final connection with various metal and plastic fastenings require precisely timed work steps.

Strength and dimensional accuracy is guaranteed by means of immediate final inspection.
